Help Save the Environment by Downloading WWF-Philippines App on Your Nokia Phone

Where ever you go and whatever you do, saving Mother Nature should be on our top priorities today.

From the research and development of electronic devices we use, to manufacturing, testing and shipping of the final product – it becomes a necessity of the whole process having an innovation that will support the advocacy of saving the environment. And part of that is what Nokia is doing in partnership with the World Wide Fund for Nature - Philippines (WWF-Philippines).

As a response to the call to conserve the environment and its endangered species, Nokia has partnered with World Wide Fund for Nature - Philippines to bring you the WWF-Philippines app, an application which “comes with a fun yet educational game to entertain mobile phone users while helping them learn more about local endangered species.” So how exactly Nokia help the World Wide Fund for Nature, you ask? Well, through monetary assistance. For every download of the WWF-Philippines app, Nokia will be donating P10 to WWF-Philippines to support its local programmes. Of course, that wouldn’t happen if you’re not going to take part of the cause.

So if you got a Nokia handset like the Nokia 5230, Nokia 5233, Nokia 5250, Nokia 5530 XpressMusic, Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, Nokia C5-03, Nokia C6, Nokia C6-01, Nokia C7, Nokia E63, Nokia E7, Nokia E71, Nokia E72, Nokia N8, Nokia N97, Nokia N97 mini, Nokia X6, and Nokia X7 – you may want to head over to the Nokia Store and download the WWF-Philippines app. It’s a free app after all so I guess it’s worth a try.
