Google Instant Previews Now Available on Android and iOS Devices

Following the desktop version of Google Instant Previews, the search giant made the new search feature available today for mobile devices running Android 2.2 and iOS 4.0 or later across 38 selected languages.



The functionality of the mobile version is almost the same as the desktop version, except on how the thumbnails are being presented to users. Here’s how Google Instant Previews looks like in an iPhone 4 running on iOS 4.2.1.

The next time you search on Google using your Android or iOS-powered device, you will notice a small magnifying glass next to the search results. Just tap on it, and there you will see the Instant Previews. And if you don’t mind me saying, it’s actually cool! Go try it! J
