Few hours more to go before this year’s Mobile World Congress (
MWC 2011) in Barcelona, and we’re about to expect new product announcements from different mobile phone companies in the world – one of which is from the Korean company, Samsung.

Samsung Galaxy S II |
Interestingly, images of Samsung Galaxy S and
Samsung Galaxy Tab successors have been leaked to the web ahead of the MWC – and what makes it more exciting is the fact that Samsung confirmed officially the existence of its next flagship smartphone and tablet.

Samsung Galaxy S II |
The Galaxy S will have a younger sibling called
Samsung Galaxy S II and what we learned so far, will tout a 1 GHz dual-core processor, 4.3-inch Super AMOLED WVGA display, 24 Mbps HSPA + Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0 + HS (High-Speed), 8MP camera with full HD video recording, gyro sensor, and will weigh around 116g and only measures 8.49mm thick (quite less broader than the first Galaxy S). Samsung Galaxy S II will run on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread), obviously no doubt for that!

The Samsung Galaxy Tab II (left and right-most) |
The much bigger
Samsung Galaxy Tab II will showcase new refreshes to its
predecessor including 8PM camera, a presumably dual-core CPU at 1 GHz, 10.1-inch display with 1280 x 800 resolution, and like the
Motorola Xoom – it will run on Android 3.0 (
Honeycomb).
We’ll look at the official press release during the MWC to confirm complete specs of Samsung Galaxy S II and Galaxy Tab II, so just stay tuned for more updates.
