With more or less 45-million subscribers recorded in 2010, Smart Communications once again took another leap to innovate its “Pasaload” service even better.
Today, SMART subscribers can already use the internet to share cellphone loads to friends, family, and other contacts. Leveraging the top social networking site, Facebook, the official SMART Pasaload app let you send load dominations in any Smart Buddy, Talk-n-Text, and Gold mobile phones.
Using the app is very easy. You will only need to register the mobile number where the Pasaload transactions will come from and of course - where the transferred load will be deducted. Basically, that explains using the SMART Pasaload Facebook app requires you to have extra credits. Of course, you will also need to register your recipient mobile number. Both of these steps have added-security measures, all in the comfort of your computer, your tablet, or even your smartphone. There’s still the 1-Peso service charge though, and sending to Smart Bro, Red Mobile, and Hellow accounts are not supported. But another good thing is, prepaid roaming numbers are supported on this Web-based Pasaload service. Interesting.
To start using this app, just hit this link and don’t forget to let us know what you think about it.
How I wish there’s also a Globe Share-a-Load or Sun Cellular Give-a-Load Facebook apps. If you spotted one, hit me in the comment section below. Surely, I’ll look at it J.
Update: Facebook App Launched for Non-Smartphone Devices, Free Data Access on the First 90 Days
