HTC Desire S, the successor and updated version of the popular HTC Desire from the Taiwan-based smartphone maker has been launched here in the Philippines, officially.
With HTC Sense interface, this Gingerbread smartphone features a 3.7-inch capacitive touchscreen display and a combined power of the 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8255 Snapdragon processor and Adreno 205 GPU. Though having the same 1 GHz processor inside as of its predecessor, the Desire S comes with an upgraded memory of 768MB. The Desire S is a little bit lighter than its older buddy, has a new sleek design in the outside, sans those buttons in the lower front landscape.
